Here are two dashboards I created while working as a business analyst for Amazon. I found these pictures the other day while looking through my photos on my phone and decided to showcase them here. These are live feed Kibana dashboards that were used as andon boards for Relay Operations Center. The live data flowed from the AWS Connect instance to an AWS Kinesis stream where it was transformed from JSON to flattened data. The first image was a first draft proof-of-concept and the second image was a revised version.
